ZCL is set to meet quality assurance requirements as per the quality manual established between ZCL, Consultant, and Client. A dedicated QA/QC executive is deployed at the project site to ensure the quality procedures and implement quality control through various inspections and tests described in the manual. It is the policy of ZCL to provide products and services of a quality that meets the initial and continuing needs of its clients/customers. ZCL provides all such assistance, instruments, machines, labor, and materials that are required for examining, measuring, and testing any work for the quality, weight, or quantity of the material used.
We supply samples of materials before incorporating them into the works for testing as may be selected and required by the client/consultant, as per contract documents/quality manual. Periodical site coordination meeting between ZCL, the consultant, and the client is carried out to sort out any/all day-to-day QA-related issues arising at the site to assure the required quality.
